Commercial and institutional sites are quoted after a free on-site walkthrough, normally arranged within two days of the first call. Homes and small one-off jobs can usually be quoted from a description of the property.
The written quote follows within 24 hours of the walkthrough and states a fixed figure with a scope split by frequency. Ongoing agreements roll month to month with 30 days notice and no lock-in term.

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day of your call or email, and usually the same day. We book the free site visit within about two days of that first contact, and the fixed written price follows within 24 hours of the visit. If you have a hard deadline — an inspection, a settlement, an accreditation assessment — say so at the start and we will bring the whole sequence forward.
Do you need to see the place before you can quote?
For commercial and institutional sites, yes. We will not price a building we have not walked, because floor area on its own tells us almost nothing about the work. For straightforward homes and small one-off jobs we can usually quote from a good description — bedrooms, bathrooms, floor types and what the actual problem is. Either way the figure is fixed in writing before anyone starts.
Is the site visit free?
Yes, entirely, and there is no obligation attached to it. We will walk the premises, ask a lot of questions, and go away and write you a scope. If you take it elsewhere, that is a perfectly normal outcome. We would rather have walked ten buildings and won three than quote all ten over the phone and get every price wrong.
What are your hours?
The office answers Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm and Saturday from 7am to 5pm. The cleaning itself happens whenever your premises is free — overnight, before dawn, between shifts, on weekends and during shutdown periods. If you ring outside office hours, leave a message with the property type and a number and you will get a call back on the next working morning.
Can I get a price over the phone?
For a straightforward home clean or a small one-off, often yes. For a commercial site, no — and be wary of anyone who will. A phone price for a building nobody has seen is a guess, and a guess gets corrected on the day, upward, once the crew is standing in your kitchen. We would rather spend an hour walking it and give you a number that holds.
What happens after I accept the quote?
For a one-off, we lock in the date and a crew, and you get a confirmation with the scope attached. For ongoing work, we assign your cleaner, complete any site induction, sort out access and keys, and agree a start date — usually within a week. Your supervisor introduces themselves before the first visit rather than after it.
